Cardall Conveyancers was founded in 2020 by Belinda Knott, who wanted to provide a more personal and transparent approach to conveyancing. After more than 25 years working across the property and lending industries, Belinda saw an opportunity to create a service where clients receive genuine support from start to finish, not just another transaction.
Too often, property buyers and sellers feel lost in the process, dealing with impersonal firms or confusing legal jargon. We believe conveyancing should be different: clear, approachable, and genuinely helpful.
